Martin Ward, past District Governor, welcomed Sonja Glass, President Elect, to recognize the Meaford Rotary Club's achievement of a Rotary Citation with Presidential Distinction. The club achieved this by increasing humanitarian services, enhancing its' public awareness, and achieving a net gain of 5 or more members to the club.
